This is MySQL Community Server 8.0.36 packages for Debian 9 "Buster".

The packages were compiled with Clang 11 and linked against OpenSSL 1.0.2 (so
no FIDO2 authentication plugins)

You have to manually install 2 additional packages before installing
MySQL 8.0.36 packages on Debian 9: "libc++1-11" and "libc++abi1-11".

Just run as usual: "apt update && apt install libc++1-11 libc++abi1-11".

You may encounter dependency problems when installing MySQL packages,
something like this:

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of mysql-community-server-core:
 mysql-community-server-core depends on libaio1 (>= 0.3.93); however:
  Package libaio1 is not installed.
 mysql-community-server-core depends on libmecab2; however:
  Package libmecab2 is not installed.

Just run "apt install -f" to install dependencies.
